The title compound, C 24 H 32 N 4 O 13 , crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. These have very similar conformations, and each contains an intramolecular N-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bond. There are no significant intermolecular interactions.
The structure of the title compound, C 14 H 19 N 3 O 9 , has been determined at 100 K. The six-membered ring exhibits a chair conformation, and all non-H substituents are found in equatorial positions.
Two independent molecules comprise the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C 15 H 19 F 3 O 12 S, which was synthesized by reacting 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl--d-mannopyranose with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride. In one molecule three F atoms and one O of the -SO 2 CF 3 side chains are disordered
