In the title compound, C~10~H~13~Cl~2~O~4~PS, all bond lengths and angles are normal. The P atom is in a distorted tetrahedral configuration. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains running along the __b__ axis.
