β¦ Synopsis
The 1 H and 13 C NMR resonances of 12 tetracyclic phenothiazine derivatives were completely and unequivocally assigned by the concerted application of 1 H-detected heteronuclear one-bond (gs-HMQC) and long-range (gs-HMBC) gradient selected correlation experiments. 1 H and 13 C chemical shifts are also reported for the respective diphenylamine precursors.

The indole alkaloid strychnobrasiline was studied using one-and two-dimensional NMR techniques. The interpretation of these spectra led to the complete assignments of all carbon and proton chemical shifts.
The 1H and 13C NMR resonances of 19 tetracyclic acridinone derivatives were completely and unambiguously assigned by a combination of 1H-detected one-bond HMQC and long-range (two and three bonds) HMBC correlation experiments. 1H and 13C chemical shifts are also reported for the respective N -aryl b
The 13C NMR spectra of several 1-(2-hydroxymethylcyclopentyl)and 1-(2-hydroxymethylcyclopentylmethyl)uracils and 5halouracils (X ΒΌ Cl, Br or I) were fully assigned with the aid of one-(13C, 1H-1H NOE, DEPT) and two-dimensional (HMQC) NMR experiments.
