✦ Synopsis

Geometric parameters of the title compound, C 19 H 22 N 4 O 4 SÁ-4H 2 O, are in the usual ranges. Both C N double bonds are trans configured, while only one of the C-N single bonds shows a trans configuration (with the other one being cis configured). The crystal packing is stabilized by N-HÁ Á ÁS, N-HÁ Á ÁO, O-HÁ Á ÁS and O-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds.
