✦ Synopsis
A comparison of the ESR spectral parameters of 14N and lsN nitroxide radicals in various viscous media in the region of rapid rotational motion is presented. It is shown that in viscous media. such as vaseliue oil, polymers. etc.. the radical reorientation has a complicated nature which cannot be described by a diffusional process with an anisotropic diffusion tensor.

## Abstract Various __N__‐nitrosamines were photolyzed in toluene solution in the temperature range −100°C to −30°C to yield dialkyl nitroxides. The nitrosamines studied were __N__‐nitrosodimethylamine, __N__‐nitrosodiethylamine, __N__‐nitrosodipropylamine, __N__‐nitrosodibutylamine and __N__‐nitro
We present the results of the Infrared Space Observatory Short Wavelength Spectrometer (ISO-SWS) observations of Jupiter related to ammonia. We focus on two spectral regions; the first one (the 10-µm region), ranging from 9.5 to 11.5 µm, probes atmospheric levels between 1 and 0.2 bar, while the sec
