Trifluoromethane (CHF 3 ) has been studied using 1 H, 13 C and 19 F NMR spectra in the gas phase at 300 K. For the first time all the spin-spin couplings and 13 C shielding of CHF 3 were measured as functions of density. After extrapolation to the zero-density limit the appropriate shielding ( 1 H,

## Abstract The values and signs of ^13^C, ^1^H spin‐spin coupling constants in 1,6,6aλ^4^‐trithiapentalene and 1,6‐dioxa‐6aλ^4^‐thiapentalene have been re‐investigated. The contributions from second order effects in the spectra have been included in an iterative spectral analysis. The values found

## Abstract The signs of all ^13^C^19^F and ^1^H–^19^F coupling constants in fluorobenzene, some substituted derivatives, and in 2‐fluoropyridine have been related using single‐frequency ^13^C{^1^H} double resonance techniques. The density dependence of J13c-n in 13CH4 has been accurately measured in a methane sample containing thenatural amotmt of ~3CH4. A linear increase of J~3c-n with increasing density has been found. The total variation over a density interval from 0-575 amagat is 0.24 Hz.
