✦ Synopsis
The title compound, C 15 H 16 N 2 S, was prepared by the reaction of 3,5-dimethylphenylamine with 1-isothiocyanatobenzene. In the molecule, all bond lengths and angles are within normal ranges. The dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 48.77 (1) . The crystal packing is stabilized by van der Waals forces.
