Trialkylgalliums deprotonated propargylphosphonium salts and propargylsulfonium salts to form propargyl ylides. The resulted organogallium intermediates underwent the Wittig reaction and the Corey-Chaykovsky reaction with aldehydes giving (Z)-enynes and (Z)-epoxides predominantly. The use of an appr
