## Abstract From high‐resolution dielectric spectroscopy measurements on 1,4‐polybutadiene (1,4‐PB), we show that in addition to the structural α‐relaxation and higher frequency secondary relaxations in the spectra, a nearly constant loss (NCL) is observed at shorter times/lower temperatures. ## Abstract Amorphous polymers exhibit a primary (glass, or α‐) relaxation process and a low‐temperature relaxation process associated with polymer backbone motion usually referred to as the β‐relaxation process. The latter process can be observed below the glass transition temperature of the polym
