✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Als Modellsubstanz für das HB~2~‐Pterin wurden d,l‐1‐Phenyl‐1‐amino‐propanon‐(2)‐hydrochlorid und d,l‐1‐Phenyl‐1‐amino‐propanol‐(2)‐hydrochlorid synthetisiert und die Eigenschaften der letztgenannten Substanz mit denjenigen des Pterins HB~2~ von Drosophila melanogaster verglichen. Dabei konnte gezeigt werden, dass nicht die Formel II, sondern die Formel eines 8‐Dihydroxy‐propyl‐pteridins I dem Produkt HB~2~ zuzuschreiben war. Im Laufe der synthetischen Arbeit wurde ein Benzpyrrolizidin IX leicht zugänglich gemacht.
