✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Es wird über eine neue Sythese von Glutathion (γ‐Glutaminyl‐ L‐cysteinyl‐glycin) berichtet. Ausgehend von Cystein und Glycin wird nach Blockierung der SH‐Gruppe und der NH~2~‐Gruppe des Cysteins S‐Benzyl‐N‐carbobenzoxy‐cysteinyl‐glycin aufgebaut. Durch Abspaltung der Uarbobenzoxygruppe und Veresterung erhält man S‐Benzylcysteinyl‐glycin‐methylester, der mit Carbobenzoxy‐L‐ glutamin‐α‐saure‐γ‐azid gekuppelt wird. Nach Verseifung entsteht S‐Benzyl‐N‐carbobenzoxy‐glutathion, das durch Reduktion mit Natrium in flüssigem Ammoniak in Glutathion übergeführt wird.
