Abstract

D‐6‐Methyl‐8‐amino‐ergolin und rac. 6‐Methyl‐8‐amino‐ergolin wurden unter der Einwirkung von salpetriger Säure und darauffolgender reduktiver Eliminierung der am Indol‐Stickstoff eingetretenen Nitroso‐Gruppe in D‐6‐Methyl‐8‐oxy‐ergolin bzw. rac. 6‐Methyl‐8‐oxy‐ergolin übergeführt.
