Abstract
Es wird gezeigt, dass das Kondensationsprodukt aus Dioxyaceton und 2,4,5‐Triamino‐6‐oxypyrimidin das 2‐Amino‐6‐oxy‐8‐oxy‐methylpteridin enthält, während im Kondensationsprodukt aus Glycerin‐ aldehyd und 2,4,5‐Triamino‐6‐oxypyrimidin das 2‐Amino‐6‐oxy‐ 9‐oxymethylpteridin vorliegt. Ersteres lässt sich mit p‐Aminobenzoylglutaminsäure zur Pteroylglutaminsäure (Folsäure) kondensieren.
