The pH response in a medium pH range, the alkaline error in 0,1N and 1,0N sodium hydroxide, the asymmetry potential, the bulb resistance and the stability of the electromotive force in 1,0N sodium hydroxide have been determined for glass electrodes, using seventeen different electrode glasses of commercially available types.
