✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Durch Fragment‐Kondensation werden die nur L‐Aminosäuren enthaltenden Antamanid‐Varianten 1b–k synthetisiert. Die in Stelle 1 eine lipophile Aminosäure (Valin, Isoleucin, Leucin) enthaltenden Varianten zeigen bei der weißen Maus gute antitoxische Wirkung gegen Phalloidin, nicht dagegen 1j mit Phenylalanin in Stelle 4. Alanin in Stelle 1 gibt ebenfalls noch wirksame Varianten (Tab. 1).
