Abstract

Der glykosidische Teil des Uscharidins und des Calotropins wird durch Oxydation mit Perjodsäure und Hydrolyse abgebaut und dadurch die Strukturformel I des Uscharidins bestätigt. Zugleich wird bewiesen, daß Calotropin ein C‐4′‐Dihydro‐uscharidin ist.
