## Abstract Es wird die katalytische Hydrierung von 2.4‐Dioxo‐2.3‐dihydro‐pyranen näher untersucht. In Gegenwart von äquivalenten Mengen Alkali gelingt die partielle Hydrierung zu 2.4‐Dioxo‐tetrahydro‐pyranen. Ausgehend von 4‐Alkoxy‐2‐pyron‐carbonsaure‐(6) wird die Herstellung einer Reihe weiterer
