✦ Synopsis
Infrared spectra were taken from urinary acid mucopolysaccharides concentrated with benzidine and compared with those of heparin, ehondroitin sulphurie acid and potassium hyaluronate. From patients with urticaria pigmentosa mainly acid mucopolysaccharides without sulfate band were excreted.
Zusammen]azsung. Von den aus Urin mit Benzidin angereicherten sauren Mucopolysacchariden warden IB-Spektren aufgcnommen und mit denen yon Heparin, Chondroitinsulfat und Kaliumhyaluronat verglichen. Danach werden bei der Urticaria pigmentosa in der Hauptsaehe Mucopolysaccharide ausgeschieden, bei denen die Sulfatbande feMt.
