Abstract
Es werden umgesetzt: a) Alkyl‐mono‐ und ‐bis‐halogenide mit Nor‐(−)‐scopolamin (1, R H) und Alkyl‐monohalogenide mit Apo‐norscopolamin; b) Epoxide mit 1 (R H) und Apo‐norscopolamin; c) Isocyanate mit 1 (R H), Apo‐norscopolamin, (−)‐Scopolamin und (−)‐β‐Chlor‐α‐phenyl‐propionsäure‐norscopinester, ferner Acylisothiocyanate mit 1 (R H). − N‐Carbamoyl‐nor‐(−)‐scopolamin (4, R H), und N‐Carbamoyl‐O‐acetyl‐nor‐(−)‐scopolamin (7) werden über die entsprechenden N‐Cyan‐Verbindungen dargestellt.
