Abstract
4 Wochen alte männliche Wistarratten werden bis zum Alter von 9 Wochen oder 6 Monaten mit einer 50% Fett enthaltenden Diät gefüttert. Die Kontrollgruppe erhält eine Diät mit 3% Fett. 1/3 des Fettanteils besteht jeweils aus Schweineschmalz, 2/3 aus Sonnenblumenöl.
