A substantial solid solubility of In 2 O 3 in the spinel Zn 2 SnO 4 (Zn 2؊x Sn 1؊x In x O 4؊ , x ؍ 0 to 0.45) was discovered. The reduced material showed improved conductivity at higher In contents.
