## Abstract The fermion mass textures are discussed in the context of Fβtheory SU(5) GUT. The treeβlevel up, down and charged lepton Yukawa couplings are computed in terms of the integrals of overlapping wavefunctions at the intersection points of three matter curves. All remaining entries in the f

Abstract
Fβtheory has the advantage that all the Yukawa couplings of grand unified theories are included and can be computed. The Yukawa couplings of charged matter multiplets are generated around codimensionβ3 singularity points of a base but the geometry of Fβtheory compactifications is much more complicated. We discuss the relation of several issues related to the upβtype Yukawa couplings. We also consider the right handed neutrinos in Fβtheory models.
