✦ Synopsis

"You’re You" explores the lives of LGBTQ+ teens struggling with sexual identity. Freyja, leader on her school's Gay-Straight Alliance, is a politically active 17-year-old who has always identified as a lesbian. When her girlfriend breaks up with her, she is upset and has to distance herself from her ex and the pride video blog they created together. Freya begins to volunteer at the local food bank, and develops feelings for her straight male team leader, Sanjay. When accused of β€œgoing straight”, Freyja must find the strength to accept her bisexuality and explore this new relationship with Sanjay.
