✦ Synopsis

The meeting will be dedicated to the centennial of the birthday of Professor B. V. Derjaguin. It will cover a broad range of colloid and surface science from chemistry to physics and engineering. Sessions will cover the following topics: long-range surface forces, structure and properties of boundary layers of liquids, wetting and capillary phenomena, stability of colloids and thin films, and numerical methods for investigation of surface phenomena. The conference program will consist of plenary lectures, oral presentations, and poster sessions.
