2005 Structure D 2000 X-Ray Powder Diffraction Refinement of Cu 2 ZnGeTe 4 Structure and Phase Diagram of the Cu2GeTe3-ZnTe System. -The phase diagram of the title system is studied by DTA and powder XRD.
