Low temperature recovery of work-hardenmg and creep tn a copper single crystal, dispersion strengthened with rod shaped oxide particles. have been studied. The climb rate of an Orowan loop surroundmg a rod shaped particle has been analysed on the basis of dislocation pipe diffusion. This analysis sa
