Esmerelda grew up in Nevada, her life was as normal as everyone else in her small high school. Graduation was uneventful with all the cap and gown ceremonies that crowned the success of her diploma. When her mom died, everything changed.Her parents had kept her magic and her background a secret, leaving her to find out from a complete stranger at the funeral.
Ian has been looking for Esmerelda for years. When he finds out that she is now out of hiding and is with his brother, he leaves immediately to get to her. He cant trust anyone but himself to keep her safe. And, bond or no bond, he couldnt chance her falling in love with anyone else.
Esmerelda takes an instant disliking to Ian and the cocky attitude he has. However, when Nicholas, a Warlock, tries to destroy Esmerelda for his sinister plan to create Crossbreeds, Ian and his wolf come to the rescue. When they find out that Nicholas isnt the only one who wants to kill Esmerelda, a whole new plan has to emerge to keep her safe. But, Ian has to act fast or he could lose the only person hes ever loved.
