The Conflux approaches and Draevin the elf is determined to have his wish granted. He's won the annual Wizard Tournament a few times, but only when he was being sponsored by someone else. This time he's putting it all on the line for a very personal goal.

When he's introduced to the first human contestant he's ever seen he soon finds himself dragged into the middle of a political landscape he never even knew existed. What business does this human have entering the tournament? Doesn't he know his kind are incapable of working with magic?
