β¦ Synopsis
Jinx is a shape-shifter who is a bit complacent with her life. When Cupid gives her the opportunity to make a little trouble and become a matchmaker, Jinx leaps at the chance to cause some trouble. With Cupids happiness on the line, Jinx transforms herself into an average cat and begins to evaluate potential matches, Morgan Jacobsen chief among them.
New cat owner, Morgan has been very interested in his next-door neighbor, Rich, for quite a while, but things are complicated. Rich has a young son, and this indicates that he is heterosexual to Morgan. Despite the fact that the policeman brings forth every fantasy of a man in uniform, Morgan tries to keep his distance. That is, until Jinx begins her matchmaking in earnest.
This book is a laugh out loud funny. Jinxs antics are madcap and hilarious, yet she is always presented as having the best of intentions. Morgan and Richs relationship grows naturally and never seems rushed. Richs son, Matt, brings forth some comic relief as well, without dominating the story or taking away from the romance found within
