✦ Synopsis

Who Stole Sassi Manoon? is a classic Westlake's comic caper with mildly eccentric characters, where three reluctant one off criminals (after just one big score so they can retire from their pathetic lives) have a great plan, but the plan doesn't tell them what to do when obstacles arise such as truck drivers not prepared to give over their truck just because you are holding a gun on them. Although it is not an hilarious novel it is still very funny in scenes as this naive trio, following a full proof plan designed by Starnap (Selective Timed Abstract Reactional Neutronic Abduction Positioner), a super computer and only friend of the plan's organizer Kelly (guy with a girl's name) find that kidnapping a movie star isn't as easy as they thought it would be.
