Eingegangen am 1. M~rz 1970 Summary. By means of own experiences in the surgical treatment of the crus curvatum congenitum and the congenital Pseudarthrosis of the tibia using the AO-method. The necessity of the surgical treatment in such cases is demonstrated. Some remarks about the histological findings are made, about the bone structure and the own cases. The combined method in the treatment of the congenital pseudarthrosis using an AO-Compression Plate and an autogenous cortical graft seems to be better than other methods.
