✦ Synopsis

WEIBULL is a FORTRAN program which calculates the regzession coefficien',;, their standard errors and the maximised loglikelihood of the data for a Weibull regression model. It incorporates routines from the NAG library in order to perform the maximisation. A x 2 statistic is computed to check the adequacy of the fit.

## Abstract Expected value of sample information (EVSI) involves simulating data collection, Bayesian updating, and re‐examining decisions. Bayesian updating in Weibull models typically requires Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC). We examine five methods for calculating posterior expected net benefit
