## Abstract The American Petroleum Institute strongly supports process safety management (PSM). However, as we begin to implement OSHA's new PSM rule, and as we face EPA's Risk Management Plan Rulemaking pursuant to the Clean Air Act Amendments, we have several concerns. These involve: (1) resource
