Obtaining unknown NMR parameters from experimental spectra of exchanging systems is, from a mathematical point of view, associated with the solution of an inverse problem. Inverse problems are usually solved by iterative procedures and calculations may not always converge and the solutions are rarel

โฆ Synopsis
Non-linear dynamics in aeroelastic systems are di$cult to analyse and can induce unpredicted limit cycle oscillations in #ight. This paper introduces wavelet analysis for processing #ight data to extract information about structural non-linearities. Features and trends from wavelet transform maps of transient responses are used to detect and characterise polynomial non-linearities in sti!ness. These features are also used to formulate functions that use transient responses at stable #ight conditions to predict the onset of limit-cycle oscillations.
