Indutrade acquires

Finnish vacuum pump specialist S weden's Indutrade has acquired A-Vacuum Oy's pump business. The Finnish company, which has annual sales of about SEK12 million, specialises in vacuum pumps and associated components and maintenance and service. The product range also includes oils and lubricants, valves and other flow products.

The acquired business will now be part of Tecalemit Flow Oy, within Indutrade's Engineering & Equipment business area which had net sales of SEK1569 million in 2009.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share. This is Indutrade's eighth acquisition so far this year.
