✦ Synopsis


The model of thermally assisted vortex transfer along a row of equidistant parallel linear pins under the Lorentz force influence is elaborated and applied for the resistive state in HTS bicrystalline film in dc magnetic field parallel to the c-axis. It is assumed that the low-angle grain boundary of bicrystal is formed by the row of c-oriented edge dislocations, which are strong pins for vortices. It is shown that strong (nearly exponential) dependence of the critical current density across the grain boundary on the misorientation angle of grains in bicrystal j c ðhÞ, as well as its nonmonotonous dependence on applied magnetic field j c ðBÞ observed in some experiments, can be explained in the framework of suggested model.
