We discuss a flux flow resistivity in the system with two s-wave superconducting gaps. Our result agrees well with anomalous field dependence of the resistivity recently observed in the vortex state of MgB 2 . We comment on the possibility of the presence of vortex with irrational flux, which is rep

β¦ Synopsis
As a model for the vortex core in MgB 2 we study a two band model with a clean r band and a dirty p band. We present calculations of the vortex core size in both bands as a function of temperature and show that there exists a Kramer-Pesch effect in both bands even though only one of the bands is in the clean limit. We present calculations for different p band diffusivities and coherence lengths.
