Abstract

Multi‐modal analysis of cells is the basis of cytometry, irrespective whether by flow or image analysis. The cover image renders data from the simultaneous use of three different protein labeling tags, FKBP12(F36V), FPs, and TCFlAsH, for the simultaneous imaging of Rac1, β‐tubulin, and F9 β‐actin in Hela cells, demonstrating both the applicability of this technology to the study of protein function in physiological settings as well as to a variety of other applications.
