Abstract

The volatile leaf oils of Eucalyptus incrassata Labill., E. angulosa Schau., E. ceratocorys (Blakely) L. A. S. Johnson & K. D. Hill, E. erythrandra Blakely & Steedm., E. tetraptera Turcz., E. forrestiana Diels, E. dolichorhyncha (Brooker) Brooker & Hopper and E. stoatei C. A. Gardner, isolated by vacuum distillation, were analysed by GC–MS. All species contained α‐pinene (12–34%), 1,8‐cineole (14–34%) and aromadendrene (2‐13%) as principal leaf oil components.
