Vitamin C content was determined in fruits and herries consumed in Finland during 19871989 and 1992-1993. Vitamin C contents in fresh blackcurrants averaged \(137 \pm 16.6 \mathrm{mg} / 00 \mathrm{~g}\) fresh weight \((N=28)\) and fresh strawherries contained \(60 \pm 3.6 \mathrm{mg} / 100 \mathrm{~
