## Abstract Visual hallucinations (VHs) are common in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and Parkinson's disease with dementia (PDD), while auditory hallucinations are rare. To neurophysiologically investigate the pathophysiology of VHs in these disorders, we studied event‐related potentials (ERPs) of
