✦ Synopsis

Aeronex has launched the Infinity gas purification system, which can supply large volumes of high purity gas for use in the high specification production of blue, green and white LEDs. Ammonia, hydrogen and inert gases can be handled by the system, with flow rates of up to 3000 slm. The Infinity system is designed with two purifier beds to provide a continuous supply of pure gas and in situ regeneration. While one bed is on-line, the other is automatically regenerating. The inorganic media in the purifier beds operates at room temperature and handles high flows at very low pressure -one of the requirements for next generation MOCVD production equipment.
