## Abstract **Summary:** This paper presents a method for the preparation of porous poly(Lโlactide)/poly[(Lโlactide)โ__co__โglycolide] scaffolds for tissue engineering. Scaffolds were prepared by a mold pressingโsalt leaching technique from structured microparticles. The total porosity was in the r
than 40% longer life than carbon black under simulated cathode operating conditions. The same UCR group has also demonstrated previously that carbon nanotube based catalysts can double the Pt utilization, potentially leading to a significant cost reduction for fuel cell production. ## Abstract We developed a novel hydroxyapatite (HA) cylinder (HAโA) and compared the slow release of antibiotic __in vitro__ as well as osteoconduction of the material __in vivo__ to a commercially produced porous hydroxyapatite cylinder (HAโB). HAโA (4 ร 4 mm) was synthesized by mixing HA powder,
