✦ Synopsis


The viscosity of (Na-Me)NO,, (K-Me)NOs and (Rb-Cs)NO* systems are reported, where Me = K, Rb, Cs. The viscosity isotherms show negative deviations from additivity which increase as the size difference and the polarizability of the ions in the melt increase. Consequently the deviation from additivity depends on the same parameters that determine the increase of ionic interactions. For all the molten alkali nitrates, the deviations from additivity are found. to obey the empirical equation A7 = 3.482. lo-* (rl -rt)xlx&'B*'r. R&an-a 6tudi6 la viscosit& des m&nges binaires de sels fondus s&ants: (Na-Me)NOI, (K-Me)N08 et (RbCs)NO*, oh Me = K, Rb, Cs, et on a constat& que, dans tous les cas, lea isothermes de viscositb presentent des &arts nkgatifs B l'additivitk. Ces &arts s'agrandissent & mesure que la dil%rence entre les dimensions et les polarisabilit&s des ions pr&ents dans les systimes devient plus grande. En conskquence la grandeur de la dkiation dkpend justement de ces deux facteurs qui dkterminent l'agrandissement des actions interioniques. On constate que pour tous les melanges de nitrates alcalins, les d&iations de l'additivitb obeissent g 1'6quation suivante AT = 3.482 * lo-* (rl -r,)xlxa808alp. Zusamm&assung-Man hat die Viskositst den folgedenen bin8ren geschmolzenen Salzmischungen studiert: (Na-Me)NOs (Rb-Cs)NOa (Me = K, Rb, Cs).

Die Vibkosit&t&Isothermen dieser bin&en &chungen zeigen negative Abweichungen gegenilber der Linearitiit. Diese Abweichungen sind desto griisser je grasser die Differenz zwischen den Dimensionen und den Polarisierbarkeiten der in System existierenden Ionen ist. Dementsprechend ist die G&se der Abweichung von eben denjenigkn zwei Faktoren abh%ngig, welche das.Anwachsen der ionischen Wechselwirkungen hervorrufen. Die Abweichung gegenfiber der Linearit& ftir alle diese geschmolzenen Alkalinitrate sind durch der folgendenen Gleichung Aq = 3,482lo-* (rlr,)x1x,ho8*l~ gegeben.
