✦ Synopsis

The viscosity, apparent molar volume and conductivity of the chlorides, bromides, nitrates, bromatcs, iodatcs and sulphatcs of potassium and sodium at mass fraction of dioxane (IO, 20 and 30 'x) + water mixtures at 35'C f 0.01 have been measured. The ions appear to interact and the ion-solvent interaction or structure breaking e&t of the anions changes with the change in dioxanc content.
