✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Viscoelastic properties of amorphous selenium were studied by stress relaxation, creep, and a new technique described in this paper. A master curve was obtained as well as maximum relaxation times at several temperatures. The glass transition temperature was obtained from volume‐temperature relations. A technique is described for the study of hard viscoelastic materials.
