✦ Synopsis
The relaxation rams of u = 3 and u = 4 were determined to be k* = (2.8 i-0.4) X IO-" cm3 molecule-t SC' and k$ = (7.2 + 05) X lo-" cm3 molecule-t SC' at 293 K. It is shown that single quantum energy transfer can account for all of rhe nirational relaxation.
