SSH-Tanczos c&uhtions are cxried out to estimate :he energ transfer probabdities and the slow ribrational rehu-tion time in S02 in the tempemture mnge 300-2000 K. The theoretkd results suzest a series process belos 1000 K, snd a complex serΓ―es/parallel process above that temperature for the wbrstional rehution in SOz_ The theoretiul results are compared \iith the knowvn experimental data.
