Experimental Results

Infrared reflectivity spectra of LiGaO, are measured at room temperature in the wavenumber range from 200 to 4000 cm-' for the polarization directions E 11 a and E 11 c. The parameters of 10 B, modes and 4 A, modes are determined by a dispersion analysis of the spectra. The results obtained are compared with previous Raman scattering measurements.

LiGaO, wurden bei Raumtemperatur im Wellenzahlbereich von 200 bis 4000 cni-' fur die Polarisationsrichtungen E I I a und E I I c gemessen. Mit Hilfe einer Dispersionsanalyse der Spektren wurden die Parameter von 10 B,-Moden und 4 A,-Moden bestimmt. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse werden mit friiheren Messungen zur Ranianstreuung verglichen.
