## Abstract The strengths of glass‐filled modified polyphenylene oxide (GF‐MPPO) welds relative to the strengths of GF‐MPPO are shown to depend on specimen thickness. (Modified polyphenylene oxide is a blend of poly (2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐phenylene ether) and high‐impact polystyrene.) Relative strengths
